3D Cultures is guarantees that our bioprinter shall be free from any manufacturer’s defects. For a period of 6 months after the delivery of your printer, should the printer fail to function under normal operations, 3D Cultures will pay for the repair service labor and parts if deem manufacturer’s defect. If a customer believes the printer does not function as it should, submit your evidence to the manufacturer for review. The manufacturer will investigate the failure and if it is deemed manufacturer’s fault, the cost of repairs will be paid for by the manufacturer. If the damage is caused by the enduser due to abuse and/or neglect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Customer is responsible for any and all applicable shipping and taxes for any repairs and/or parts required during a service call.
